Pizza has ancient origins and a millennia-long history. It is one of the symbols of an Italian tradition known worldwide, a true trademark. This is why the quality of our pizza, offered in the classic round or metre version, is identified by the Italian mark of our ingredients: 100% made in Italy. The Italian flavour is complemented by our dough preparation process made from three primary ingredients: water, flour, and sourdough.
A great pizza should not only be tasty and nutritious but also light and digestible. Lightness and digestibility are the result of a long fermentation process of the dough (from 24 to 48 hours).
